Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Rachael gained invaluable business knowledge from her family's 200 plus store international jewellery chain. With a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed and run a business, she embraces her father's philosophy of thinking outside the box and seeking alternative paths to success. This mindset has allowed her to excel in various ventures, including successful property investments, international coaching, and serving as a director of a high-end Health Club in Melbourne.
Rachael's passion lies in connecting with people and she is known for her dynamic approach and forward-thinking mindset in business. She possesses a unique ability to see the big picture and relies on her intuition to navigate both business and life.
Her journey into the world of real estate began 23 years ago when she first engaged a buyer's agent to purchase a property. Growing up in a family that valued the expertise and access to properties that a buyer's agent offered, Rachael and her family purchased three properties within a span of four weeks. This experience highlighted the importance of having an experienced professional who understands the market and can find the right property at the right price.
Throughout her real estate endeavours, Rachael has purchased properties locally and internationally, including the USA, Indonesia, locally in the Hinterland and along the Coast of Noosa. She recognizes the significance of securing real estate from a young age to establish financial stability and appreciates the sense of belonging that comes with owning a home. Rachael's own cherished childhood memories in her family home inspire her passion for being a buyer's agent and being part of people's journeys in finding their dream homes.

Matthew brings a long-standing involvement in property, business, and negotiation, underpinned by a practical understanding of how to create outcomes in competitive environments.
His interest in property began early and was shaped by a desire to build security and independence from modest beginnings. That perspective continues to influence how he approaches every acquisition, with a focus on long-term value, positioning, and making decisions with the foresight of hindsight.
Matthew’s ability to read people and navigate complex situations was refined further during a decade working as a policeman, where he gained a grounded understanding of human behaviour, communication, and negotiation under pressure. These skills now translate directly into how he represents clients and manages high-stakes property transactions.
His experience also includes time working within a high-performing inner-city real estate agency in Melbourne, giving him a clear insight into how sales agents operate, negotiate, and position property. This knowledge provides a distinct advantage when acting on behalf of buyers.
Matthew is currently active in the Noosa market as a buyers agent and has several years of experience working across a broad range of acquisitions, from lifestyle homes through to premium property. This hands-on experience provides a current and practical understanding of local dynamics, pricing behaviour, and how to secure property in tightly held and competitive conditions.
Matthew lives in Noosa and has also owned and lived in the Noosa hinterland, giving him a genuine, lived understanding of the nuances between locations, lifestyle considerations, and long-term value drivers within the region. Through living and working locally, he has developed strong relationships across the Noosa agent network and understands how different agents operate, communicate, and negotiate. This combination allows him to position clients effectively and access opportunities that may not be immediately visible to the broader market.
Beyond property, Matthew has built and operated businesses, developing a strong commercial mindset and an ability to identify opportunities others often overlook. This extends to his own property journey, including acquiring and repositioning assets that have later evolved into multi-storey developments.
Today, Matthew’s role is increasingly focused on strategic input, negotiation, and working with aligned clients where he can add genuine value. He works closely with his clients, bringing experience, clarity, and disciplined execution to each opportunity.
